Weren't fuel prices so low for so long because of trucker strikes?
Should truckers develop a "stealth strike" by taking 30 minutes to fuel up, delaying loads? Seriously, if you loose a month, or a quarter's worth of your income to rising fuel and inflation, why not strike if people cannot buy things? If every trucker took an extra 15 minutes to fuel up, would that send a signal? Do you think foreign factory workers are going to be happy when their lines shut down due to port's being full? Should the local longshoremen join in? |
