Default Transmit Power with Spring & Quick Disconnect?

When adding a spring and/or a quick disconnectto the top of the ball mount,
Does this reduce the amount ofPower when I transmit?

Thanks!

The radio will still put out the same power.

Any connections will have some resistance, which can increase
with frequency. Such resistances will give some voltage drop
and waste some energy as heat.
As long as it is in good condition, any losses may be negligible.

An important point to note is that, if a device adds to the length
of the antenna, they will detune the antenna. So you may
need to adjust the length to get the SWR correct again.

Peter.
