Since the galaxy was originally designed for 11 meters - but was not designed to be an actual amateur radio, it would have to be aligned and tested so it does not transmit with a signal that is too wide or has spurious emissions. It isn't as simple as just putting something on a frequency and transmitting. You would need access to a service monitor.
