Easy easy! I get about 15 KHZ slide on the clarifier and I had a 16.366 mhz crystal in my junk box... dialed 10 meters right up. There are several ebay listings for 16 mhz crystals that would work too. I'd have to grab the calculator to see what the top and bottom frequencies would be.

Its not legal to operate cb radio equipment on amateur radio unless you first disable it for use for cb.
Since the galaxy was originally designed for 11 meters - but was not designed to be an actual amateur radio, it would have to be aligned and tested so it does not transmit with a signal that is too wide or has spurious emissions. It isn't as simple as just putting something on a frequency and transmitting. You would need access to a service monitor.
