Wrong, transmitting on freeband frequencies is perfectly
legal if you have an "export" radio and use less than 4 watts!


LMAO!

I think Part 15 allows 10,000uV (.01 volts) at 3 meters.
That's much less then 4 watts.


Next time check your facts! TROLL!
