Not at all GW. He enjoys off roading as much
as I do, so we have been in contact concerning
off roading and the fun that goes with it.

I like to Jeep up a tall hill or small mountain, and set up
antennas and see where I can talk. More bands, more contacts.

These dumb asses don't realize that when one band is dead,
there is someone on another band. If CB has S9+ of noise,
and you can't hear the person on the other end no matter
how much power YOU use, it's nice to be able to switch to
a frequency thats more conducive to communication.

OTOH, my many years of pulling weak ones out of the noise
on 11 meters, has my ear tuned for pileup work. I pull
callsigns out of a pileup better then most hams.
