Default Good SSB Radio?

Im looking to get my first CB in a long time. I have used them in my
youth and presently but have no clue whats good and whats not. I know
I want one that uses SSB. I see good things about the uniden PC68XL
but it makes no mention as to whether its SSB or not. Is it safe to
assume all CBs use SSB transmision or no? Any recommendations?

The PC68XL is an excellent AM only radio!

Your options for Uniden radios (which I highly recommend) are few. I
would try to find a Uniden Grant XL or the Uniden PC-122.

Yes there are Galaxy and RCI radios....you get what you get with those.

Thanks, it seems the SSB radios are all discontinued models. Do the AM
radios now get the range of SSB radios?
