Radio doesnt transmit any more

Radio doesnt transmit any more

I have a Radio Shack TRC-236 handheld and I don't think it transmits any more.
I got an answer once but I can't seem to get any more. If there's anyone in the
Flint, Michigan area (specifically Mt. Morris), lets try to contact each other.
