i would like to mod the ch9 switch
to access ch23 instead of 9
this is a cobra 29LTD ST
with ch19/ch9/normal switch
i see the mod for ch9 to ch19
but,,i allready have ch19 position

The PLL chip in the radio has inputs for 9/19 override. It could be done,
but you'll need some CMOS chips and some "inginooitee" to swap in the CH23
inputs and override your channel selector switch.
