That would be Interstate 40 in Raleigh, NC...

I just installed an old CB radio I had in storage from MANY years ago.
I've hooked it up and listened in on channel 19 all the way into work
(on 40). However, I didn't hear any chatter at all...??? I thought the
CB band was crowded..? Or is my radio not working?? (I did call for
a radio check this weekend and at least one person heard me...Also, I
had it on AM). Any info or help is appreciated..
