Why waste my money on a CB, or one of those "export rigs", when for a
few hundred more bucks I can have it all? 160m, 80/75m, 60m (with mod),
40m, 30m, 20m, 17m, 15m, 12m, 10m, 6m, 2m, and 70cm. Rig has crystal
filters, built in DSP, noise blanker, AM, FM (normal and narrow), USB,
LSB, digital modulation ability, auto control of external antenna tuner
etc. All in a box about the size of your typical CB. Oh, and the power
output too, 100 watts sideband and FM up to 6m, 50 watts sideband and on
2m, and 20 watts sideband and FM on 70cm. And there is more.
