Default rewiring Sure mic

I'm trying to rewire a four wired sure 404b mic to plug into a little rca
jack. The Sure has white and green sheilded wires and unshielded red and
black wires. The RCA has, of course, two wires.

Any suggestions?

thanks,
tpb

The green and white are the mic connections. They are shorted until
you press the PTT button.
