I've done that tonight...there was only 4 nuts that hadn't been
removed...they had rusted badly...they were the 4 nuts on the fibreglass reflectors...everything else was covered in 'waxoyl'...so when I eventually erect it (after this spell of freezing weather) I'll 'waxoyl' it again... I take it stainless and ally don't react!!!!!!!!!!!!...I was gonna post this question... £100 was £20 more than I paid for a new one 23 years ago...but after I had sourced new ones on Ebay and worked out the shipping ($500) £100 seemed like the bargain of the year...and it is in almost new condition... It also came with a new reel of copper wire... -- Chaney Chaney's World http://www.chaney.i12.com/ "jim" wrote in message ... Now let's see if I can remember how I did it 20+ years ago... -- Chaney Chaney's World http://www.chaney.i12.com/ thats about $180 at the exchange rate. throw away the zinc or whatever nuts and bolts and use stainless... |
