Ok, so to make this work, they will have to ban all radios with the
capability to have full coverage transmit. My Ic-746 is easily converted.
What's the difference? There is none. No Mars, no chance to expand radios to
cover future bands, etc. So, the above being true, a good lawyer will punk
the FCC.
