Upgrading means nothing. When an 8 year old can pass an extra - well, that
tells me volumes about the difficulty of the tests today. CW has nothing to
do with it. As far as the rest, you may well be correct. I suspect that
there are a number of CBers with more technical knowlege than a number of
amateurs.
