Believe it or not, I've never modified any cb radio. I have repaired a few
cb radios many moons ago. The real problem appears to be a few folks that
simply want to flame. Sure there are a few illegal folks - some of them
with amateur licenses too! Regardless, most folks are reasonably
law-abiding and everyone is presumed innocent until they have been convicted
in a court of law. I would hope you do subscribe to that. In any event, if
some folks harass, they can likely expect the same back.
