There is nothing Illegal about it.
I posses it and I can sell it to whom ever I choose to.
Anyone who challenges that come and do something about it.
That includes the US Government.
I'm waiting on you

you are victim of another cb myth, read the facts below

You spread the CB myth, read the facts below

Quote

CB Rules Part 95.411(c): The FCC will presume you have used a linear
or other external RF power amplifier if-

(1) It is in your possession and on your premises, AND
(2) There is other evidence that you have operated your CB station
with more power than allowed by CB Rule 10 (95.410)

End Quote

Please note the all-caps "AND" (FCC emphasis, not mine); mere
possession is not a "federal crime" at all. Ownership and possession
are not illegal, only certain uses can be considered illegal, and
ownership can most certainly be transferred to other authorized
(licensed) users.

Neither export radios nor amps have ever been legal for use on CB. So
why do you waste so much time and bandwidth repeating the same drivel
over and over? Not intelligent enough to participate in the
discussion? You couldn't even give an straight answer to an innoculous
question about grounding, something every radio hobbyist should know
about. LOL!

Too bad you don't enjoy amateur radio enough to actually get on the
bands. Your presence there might run some of those alleged "intruders"
out.

If the truth be known, I think all your posts add up to no more than
sour grapes. You hear others enjoying their radios but you won't join
in. All you can do is whine and troll!

You are the victim of your own twisted psyche, incompetence, impotence,
and destroyed ego, rendering you a babbling idiot and not possessing a
clue......your shame is revealed in the manner in whcih you deny
posting.

Q. How do I know if an amplifier is legal or

not?

A. All legal amplifiers must be issued an

F.C.C. grant of equipment certification.

Bull****. You don't get attacked for your views you get attacked for
your incorrect, intentional bull**** you put forward when you are too
ashamed to post under your call.
Hammies can build their own amps...no type certification needed. You
lose. Again. La, la, la, la,,,,

George... you need to keep up on current regs and chill a bit.

1st. The amp IS legal to use on 10 meters (NOT 11 Meters) by any ham with a TECHNICIAN license or higher for VOICE communications providing the PEP remains at or below 200 watts by adjusting the INPUT POWER to the amp.
