Hello!

Can anybody help me with a usermanual on the Zetagi HP1000 Transmatch?
There are this "set" wheel probably a calibration wheel that i`m not sure
how to use an therefore i`m not sure if i could trust the results on the

Thanx alot

I use an HP 1000 transmatch. Most of the time i tune it when i am on ch 20 if i am sticking to 1-40,.,.,make the coaxial connections to the HP turn to ch 20,.,.,turn the range dial to ROS,.,,.,.,make sure you have your power levels set beforehand,.,key your mike and turn the SET dial until the needle in the left meter sits on the 10',,.,.,.make sure the red buttun on the right is in the on position(all the way out) wait 2or3seconds key the mike again then slowly start turning the TUNE dial until your swr reading on the right meter starts to go down as low as possible,., unkey the mike wait another 2or3secs,.,key the mike again then start to turn the LOAD dial until your swr drops even further,.,then go back and turn the SET dial again until the needle on the left meter is on 10 again,.,.,.,.,.,repeat until you can get the lowest swr possible,.,.,.,.,1.5 is ok for most power settings including a burner which i use(500watt) and i have a swr of 1.4 when i am sitting at 400 watt,.,.,.,.,if you are useing a burner check the paperwork that came with it as some burners need your rig power to be set very low,.,.,.,hope this helps,,,,,,,,,cheers,,,,,,
