WTF is a "rentail"?

C&M Electronics Pays Taxes every year

Then why are they not licensed with the MD Department of Revenue?

and they are 10 Meter amps not
11 Meter amps.

Call them whatever you want, but 47CFR2.815 says this:

(b) After April 27, 1978, no person shall manufacture, sell or
lease, offer for sale or lease (including advertising for sale or
lease), or import, ship, or distribute for the purpose of selling or
leasing or offering for sale or lease, any external radio frequency
power amplifier or amplifier kit capable of operation on any frequency
or frequencies between 24 and 35 MHz.

Amps are not made or shipped from 4030 hanson rd.

You can play semantics all you want, but that is the contact address
for nonameamps and is therefore a legal business address. It is also
the address given in the domain registration for nonameamps.com.

C&M
Electronics Is at 4695 Duffield dr and is only open in the evning and weekends.

So? Does that somehow make it legal? LOL!!!

Also web site stats "No Name"
World Class Amplifiers!!

Not intended to be used on the 11 meter band,

The intended use is clear even if it is unspoken or disguised. That's
why these amps are illegal to sell if they operate between 24 and 35
MHz -regardless- of where they were "intended to be used".

Doing so is a violation of FCC rules and regulations!!!

It is a violation of FCC rules and regulations for you to ADVERTISE
those amps for sale. You have committed a federal offense by posting
your amps for sale on the internet.

Note: All amplifier prices on this page are for non working replicas intended
for display or educational purposes only. Modifying these models too a working
amplifier is against FCC rules and regulations. So Bite Me

Semantic arguments don't work in court, and they don't work because
people aren't as stupid as you think. After all, that's how you manage
to sell these things -- if you make your intentions obvious to the
average CBer, do you really think you are pulling the wool over the
eyes of judges and the FCC? Besides, you say above that they are 10
meter amps and -not- 11 meter amps, but if it's a replica then they
aren't even 10 meter amps, are they? And if they don't work as shipped
but only after specific modifications or addition of specific
components then it is a 'kit' as defined by the FCC and is just as
illegal as a working amp.

So Bite Me
