WTF is a "rentail"?

C&M Electronics Pays Taxes every year

Then why are they not licensed with the MD

Department of Revenue?

Only you just now claimed they weren't registered with this "MD
Departement of Revenue". It appears your ignorance (as usual) flowing
from your lips engaged faster than your brain could manage,,,,as THIS
was your claim,,..

"Also, NONE of these companies (C&M

Electronics, Super Sport

Electronics, Dixieland Communications, and

No Name Amps) are

registered with the Maryland State

Department of Assessments and Taxation".

.
LOL..you invoking a "MD Department of Revenue" may sound great to
yourself, but non-existent in the context you are unable to grasp.
Here's a clue, Frank,,,,,the Department of Assessments and Taxation is
for BUILDINGS and PROPERTIES and the owners of those buildings and
properties. One may own a building and rent it out to a business and
such a business has nothing to do with the assessment department and the
building in which they are housed. ASSuming the Assessment department
somehow has jurisdiction over a business because they have the word
"taxation" in their title is about the dumbest thing you ever presented,
other than your usual failures.
Assuming *you* are able to attain information on tax records of a
privately held company illustrates not only your unsurpassed ignorance,
but the levels of desperation you experience in your miserable life.

Bite me

Your ignorance bit yourself, Frank, as it always does. One need only
permit you to rant and ramble, and one is assured you will say something
incredibly stupid to the masses, illustrating your double digit IQ,
self-hatred, and hostility born of ignorance.

hey twisty where is that military group

LOL..same place as the answer to your
claims,,,,let's begin with the claim you made
where you were to contact all the businesses allocated to the freeband
and present here a compilation of the results alleging rampant cb
interference. I recall informing yourself, never again would you mention
the subject upon contacting these businesses, as it would prove you
incorrect (something that upsets you, for whetever reason, to the point
of rabid hysteria).

Besides, Frank, that you were unable to form a coherent thought or
sentence regarding NoName (due your increased spasms and elevated blood
pressure when speaking of amps) is all the reason you need profess in
order to excuse your comments concerning this mythical department of
revenue you spoke of with whom they are not registered.

After all The FCC has bigger fish to fry in today's market like Sat TV thief's.
After turning over regulating of CB's to local law enforcement they pretty much
washed there hands of the CB Radio. They are too under Manned and under funded
to worry about the CB Radio. within the last 3 years 30 amp builders have
opened there doors wide to the public and No One Gives a Crap but Frank. P.S.
Frank you lost the war give up

Oh gee, another rendition of the "let's ignore the rapists until all
the murders are caught" song.

They didn't "turn over" anything -- they still have authority over
their own rules and regulations. HR2346 only -permits- local
enforcement, it doesn't -require- it, and it doesn't pre-empt
enforcement under any jurisdiction by the FCC.

I agree, which is why people should cooperate so as not to make the
situation worse. You aren't helping at all by selling splatterboxes.

Really? List them. List all 30, and after I verify them I'll never
reply to any of your posts, or even make mention of you or your
illegal business. In fact, I'll even leave the newsgroup permanently.

and No One Gives a Crap but Frank. P.S.

Well now -that- was convincing. Heck, I'll just hop on the
anti-federal express and buy myself a big ol' lin-yar, drive around
town yelling "A-A-A-A-U-D-I-O-O-O" and cursing at anyone that pitches
a bitch because I'm bleeding all over Ch. 9. Hey, **** 'em if they
can't take a joke. After all, the FCC don't care so nobody has any
right to complain, right?

Not only "no" but "**** NO!!!". If I'm going to violate federal regs
you can bet that I'll do it in style -- we're talking quad 3CX250's
for a big rig, or a pair of 6146's for a basic mobile. And none of
that solid-state crap -- tubes are the best tools for the job, and
they can be much more than "competitive" when under control of modern
semiconductor circuits.....

If I was going to build an amp it wouldn't be a conventional "linear".
I would channel the mic jack through the amp (plug the mic into the
amp and plug the amp into the CB mic jack), then run a full-blown,
grid-modulated, Class-E transmitter using the CB as the exciter only
(PLL- or xtal-controlled RF frequency source with -no- modulation).
Efficiency is better than 85% even -with- the filament power, and
harmonic distortion is negligible because output from the tubes is
high-impedance which is more easily filtered than the low-impedance of
a solid-state design.

Me buy a No-name amp? Bite your toungue!
