Look at it this way; How would you feel, if you were sitting in your
living room listening to your favorite music and someone decided to
sit outside your house and blast something that you found to be
obnoxious?

While you may think CB noise toys are "neat", there are plenty of
people who do not appreciate them. By continuing to use them when it
becomes obvious that they are not appreciated is indicative of
inconsiderate or rude behavior.

I guess you would want to be democratic about it, so....................
Find out how many CB folks are anal about it. Then compare what percentage
are for and against them. Then we can have a democratic solution. I wager
that most CB users do not give a **** one way or the other. "Plenty" is not
a very accurate number.
As to "rude", yeah, sometimes, so?
