Look at it this way; How would you feel, if you were sitting in your
living room listening to your favorite music and someone decided to
sit outside your house and blast something that you found to be
obnoxious?

While you may think CB noise toys are "neat", there are plenty of
people who do not appreciate them. By continuing to use them when it
becomes obvious that they are not appreciated is indicative of
inconsiderate or rude behavior.
