If one breaks the law, the isp will give one up faster than you reduce yourself with attacks on those with opposing views that differ from your own. Therefore the things that they do and the ideas that they put forth are already suspect, Again, the fact that you openly disagree with ALL security experts and isp's concerning identity protection illustrates your problems and level of intellect concerning the net,,identity theft is at an all-time high, and as an often-imitated-never-duplicated popular caricature, it is clear your yearning for others identities are nefarious, as real-world id's are irrelevant on cb and in this forum. Do not blame the rest of the enlightened world who follow security protocol in protecting their id and who failed to make the same ignorant mistake you did that trashed your name and reputation. After all these years, you are still kicking yourself in the ass for your huge self-inflicted wounds, yet you continue to attack others for protecting what you failed to protect. and lack the same credibility as the same ideas coming from someone who's identity is easily verifiable. Only the gutless hide from the truth.
