You're right again. HAM's don't do that..
So why are you lambasting people here who already know that, who've heard it a million times, and are sick of it. Go lambaste the CB shops. Make a sign and picket the place. Make sure you get a demonstration permit first. Take it out to the streets, where the real work needs to be done. Or better yet, find these places, cut out their ads, and mail them to Riley... Let those of us who are inclined to help people understand that there are cheaper, easier, and more effective ways to get range out of a legal CB than throwing an amp on, clipping the modulation limiter, and running the final bias well past spec. -SSB I Am Not George wrote: sideband wrote in message ... Besides, George, you're detracting from the real point, which was There ARE channels in HAM radio. You're just too behind the times to know that. your missing the point which was hams dont generally market radios by saying "340 channels" like illegal CB shops do, now stick a fork in your ass because your done Chris. |
