I'm looking for a Kenwood CB that I can put on 27.555
A Yaesu might work too.

Do they make a Kenwood "CB" ? I'd be interested in that too.

Me too, not that I'm much in to CB, but never knew Kenwood to be involved in
"CB". Ham and 2 way radio (police/fire/ems radios) - yes, but not CB.

Same goes for Yaesu. Never heard of any Yaesu CB radio, maybe
I have missed something...

Yes, I thought that too after I hit send. But I'm serious, if there is such
an animal, I'd like to see one. I know Kenwood and Yaesu are manufacturers
of very fine products. It would be interesting to see their ideas in the CB
arena.

I think we're talking about a well placed snip, or crystal swap of
a not so CB radio. ;P

agreed. this is wishfull thinking on someones part. a nice gc radio will
do the trick but a cb radio manufactured by the big boys is only a pipe
dream. hope i am proved wrong though.
