It was fixed by a new cable between the SWR and radio. Now reads correctly

Got a SWR meter and trying to test the radio, do as instructions from web, set switch, adjust to cal mark, change switch etc, no matter what I do it's no where near 1:1 always over in the red still?? Sounds like you still have a way to go.
