Read it again. He went back on word via his SIGNED affidavit to not sell
the items in question. Again, there are exceptions to this rule. All one
needs is to be a valid exporter. Mr. Hewitt, apparently was not. Case
closed. It's why so many places exist that sell such items and the FCC
does nothing.,,because an exporter may sell these items legally.

There are plenty of exceptions. Do a search on amplifiers and you can
entertain and anger yourself for hours concerning all these "exceptions"
( of which you are unable to digest) who sell them.

would be the part of the FCC rules that say

CB amps are OK for export and all you need

to be is a valid exporter.

The rules you speak of do not contain any such list of permissables, but
only of what is prohibited.

Since you know they are fact you should bre

able to post them.

I know certain automobiles and motorcycles are legal on the highways,
but you will not find them on a list of permissables among the ules
governing what is allowed on highways, only of what isn't. Seeking
absolute negatives renders you confused, for much of your
misinterpretations come from such thinking.

Email the FCC and ask them. This way, your misinterpretation of the
rules and disagreement is with the FCC, not I. Bottom line, since I know
what I claimed is fact, I don't have the slightest concern what you may
or may not believe. You have every right to remain in the dark on such
issues and believe what you may.
