I'm looking for a website about (legal!) CB-Radio in the U.S.

- For absolute Beginners in CB-Radio (27 Mhz)

- including:

- recommendable (legal!) radios (Cobra? President? other?)
- buyers guide (where and what to buy, which prices)
- information on the local CB-Scene (clubs, regional calling/monitor
channels etc.)

Any ideas?
