Default Help me install Echo Board EB1 connex type board on my Cobra 2000

I need help installing this echo board on my Cobra 2000. cant seem to
find the audio wire on the inner side of the mic plug. also cant seem
to find a steady voltage anywhere from 8 to 18 volts. please email me
with instructions if you can help me...

Finally figured the echo board was bad. installed another new board
and all worked just fine.
