Being both a CBer and a ham, I'll make a - somewhat - different forecast
that largely says the same. No-code Technician ham licensing will make 2 meter
ham largely like CB is now - and the end of the 70s era of every car having a
CB has already cleaned up CB to a level near that of 2 meter ham.
