Default CB radio channel plan

I'm trying to document all the local commonly used channels on CB radio on
my site to make it easier for people from different regions find people to
talk or listen to when travelling. The channel plan as I understand it
right now is posted at http://ursine.ca/CB and you can make your own
changes to the chart by clicking the Edit tab at the top of the page.

Let me know what you think, feel free to make your own improvements to the
page.
