My yellow lab does that well.

My yellow lab, shepard, greyhound mut outruns them and has em for breakfast. I
swear I've never had a dog that can run and attack stuff as fast as this
one. I only got him about 8 months ago after my wifes brother died from
some really aggressive cancer. I already had a hound dog so I wasn't in
the market for another mooch but what the hey. He's fun to throw the
frisbee to, or a tree limb.

One of the first times my wife let him out of the house he bolted right
for a running bunny, ate his head and brung the carcass back. lol

I finally have a weekday off tomorrow, so I can wait for the plumber.

Oh my God. We have more in common than we thought. My wife's brother died the
same way. He was diagnosed on 9-11. Go figure. He died 13 months later, exactly
2 weeks from us returning from our honeymoon. He was 38. Worst yet, I had to
watch his entire family, parents, kids (9,12), watch him take his last breaths.
My wife was very close to him. She had 4 brothers. I think the biggest memory I
have from that night, other than his kids watching him die, was the look on his
father's face, who never left his side. This is something I would never wish on
my worst enemies. You are not supposed to bury your kids.

Man that's a tough row to hoe. This guy was a surgeon of sorts, he's
the guy that has his hands in you and is handing the specialist the
tools of the trade. He was some sort of an SA with the military and
then he went back to school so that he could bill his services independent
from the hospital.

It really struck me as ironic that a guy that had fixed so many people
with surgery could die so fast, and there ain't dick the highest paid
friends of his can do about it.

You're right about the kids too. I dunno what to say to them.

This was colon or stomach cancer. I can't recall. But it took him from a healthy
well built individual, to a frail bone thin man, in 13 lousy months. I was wrong
about when he died. It was 2 weeks after our wedding, not honeymoon. He did make
it to our wedding, and stayed about 3 hours, which is incredible for the
condition he was in. But you are right about the speed of decline. Specifically
these pancreatic and stomach cancers.
