Has anyone seen one of the new Cobra 10 Meter Amateur Radios in person yet?
I received a brochure from a Cobra customer service rep, scanned them, and

Do hams use roger beep and echo on 10 meters?


No they don't. They also don't have echo and "feedback effects."

I very surprised that the FCC allows them to be type accepted. Yes I know
that ham equipment doesn't have to be type accepted to be used on ham bands
but it DOES need to be type accepted to be commercially sold.
