Rattling is normal, from what I hear. The dead short is normal too. I think it's
the 1/4 wave that shows open. I am getting them confused. Anayway, the antenna
is not up yet, but the mast and mounts are up. I want to make a dry run so it's
straight. Now, it's a matter of attaching the antenna.
