Dunno know about that, but he is certainly untouchable. All the guys on
the superbowl are.
Besides, Eaerplugga has been around for a long, long time. He's one of
the big strappers. No reason for FCC worry. They are busy protecting
people from offending themselves when they exercise their choice of
media.
