That is a real museum piece!!! Smithsonian will probably purchase

Warmest regards,

7034/4X150A's

Those were great amps, well made. 500 or 600 watts out.

That one is in really good shape, bid price is just about what they
cost new.

Hello Lancer:

Good call, but the manual calls out for 4x250, same thing I am sure.

For a really great web site for all the old Johnson radios and amps look
he

http://bama.sbc.edu/e_f.htm

Wonder why a 6 meter and 2 meter amp isn't offered presently. This amp
is is great, works on both 6 and 2 meters. You could hammer down on the
435 guys and yet shoot skip on 6. (humor)

I don't know much about them, but it sure is pretty. What do you think it will
fetch? They are up to $800 already

Johnson made a Viking Thunderbolt 6N2 amplifier with a pair of 4CX250's. It
had 2100VDC plate xformer and had regulated screens and bias. The power
supply was good to run 1kw DC input. Great sounding amplifier when it was
not over driven
