Well I call it a Channel Area List. For example, lets say you just
moved to Tampa Florida and you have a CB radio, well, it would be nice & cool to find a list that could tell you which Channels are for which areas or purpose. We already know that 9 is for emergencies, 19 for truckers and 36 & 38 is for DX. If any one know if something like this aldready exist, please let me know where I could find it. Also, are Cbers still using the 10 codes? Thank you, SR |

I guess that's where in NC you live. Here in Chatham County,NC there is A
bunch of truckers on Ch19. Ch35 used to be always full of people, but its died down some as most have moved on or away. but I still get people on 35,19, 11, 16, and 28 out my way, lots of base stations chatting it up at night, and a bunch of mobiles in and out in the day. -- Since 2002 wrote in message oups.com...
