Cobra Road Trip & HH38WXST: difference?

Cobra Road Trip & HH38WXST: difference?

I'm thinking of getting one of these for a cross-country road trip.
What's the difference between these two besides the Road Trip coming
with an exterior mount antenna? Any other handheld CB recommendations?
