I've been capturing COPS and Wildest Police Videos with a TV
capture card in my PC. I can then edit out commercials and
make DVD's. I'm going to take the good parts out of the last
10 hours of COPS I've saved and make one real exciting DVD
out of them. Talk about filling a 160GB hard drive! 3.76GB
for an hour of video. If I wasn't so cheap and bought DL
disks, I wouldn't have to use DVDShrink after TMPGEnc.
