There is a way but I seriously doubt that it will ever happen.

Get caught using and/or modifying a Transmitter to transmit on
frequencies other than what it is type acceptance for will yield in a
fine and or jail time, forfeiture of any radio licensing the operator
has, and forfeiture of equiptment.

Then again me being Pope has a greater chance than the above.

With a quick glance through the NAL, I see no cease order to shut down
his business only a fine. If he is doing sufficient businees then
$7000 should not be that stiff a fine.

It's mostly a platform for criminal no code ht operators to be heard in
rrcb.

I hope for honesty in the court but I do always consider what the
cuport cours eof action is likely to be (so to try and head it off) I
also look for what is the easiest thing the court can do for the saem
reason
