The guy at the front desk told me today that they have already 300 registered to show their cars. The event is free and open to the public. The flyer you can read at the URL below. http://www.cemaclub.org/2006cemashow...6poster03A.pdf I sold the Charger, still have the Belvedere tho. Thanks for the heads up anyway. What year is your Belvedere? 66 ragtop 440/475hp 727 tranny, 4:11 gear. Awesome! The new engine only has about 1500 miles on it, it's running 12's which is plenty quick for a street ride. It's a fun toy, but not very practical. I can't let go of the sixties, Dr. The Charger was a 68 just like the General Lee, except it was sublime green. They're all money pits. It was a great time for Mopar. Some of the best body styles and huge ponies under the hood. I'm not sure if I've told this story on here before, but I'll tell it anyways. I had a 66 Newport 2 door hardtop, red with black interior. The 383 was shot and we pulled a 440 out of a 67 GTX and put it in the Newport. Within the first week I racked up 5 tickets for speeding and illegal start from stop (burn outs), two of the burn out tickets were within an hour of each other. |

Neon's can be fun cars too! It looks sharp, I've put a few bucks in it, but it's slow. I get all kinds of kids wanting to race me, but I always decline. My daughter has a pretty good head on her shoulders. Besides, she has seen a lot of family and friends killed in auto accidents, and she is the one that always reminds the wife and I to buckle up. I used to think driving in St. Louis was dangerous, but it isn't nothing compared to the rednecks driving in my neck of the woods. |

I'd have to roll-cage the Plymouth which takes some doing with a rag-top, in order to not make it look too hillbilly and have the top open and close over it. I've seen some nice ones but they really restrict the leg room, especially in the back seat. Pipe dreamin' is fun eh? |

It should be a dependable car for her and not to pricey to fix every now and then. Good job OM. |
