Hello All!

How to join to Ham radio? I will get Call-Sign, license, etc. I'm
interesting in short wave, digital radio.
I'm living in Ukraine. I'm receiving a lot station from Europe.
(Italy, Germany, Slovakia, Finland, France, Bulgaria, etc) but no
station from Ukraine. (Maybe It's because my antenna oriented to west)
So, I'm asked in this news.group. How can join a club? Now I'm
interesting in receiving in 7 and 10MHz. But I'm thinking about make
RF transmitter.
