Tiny 2 & FT290R

Hi all - I've recently bought a Tiny 2 TNC. Unfortunately though there were
no cables no manuals with it. Despite scouring the web (mind you I've
probably not been looking in the right place!), I've so far not found any
info. Could anyone please supply the info I need to construct for the
computer - TNC cable and the TNC - Radio cable? Many thanks.
