GMSK soundcard decoder ?

Hello,
I'm looking for a decoder for AIS signals from shipping information.
It is a kind of APRS for commercial ships in the VHF. Modulation is GMSK
9600 baud packet.
Is there a soundcard decoder or a simple home brew decoder ?
