Everyone should have a radio station!

Okay so I downloaded this **** that said "shareware" and, long story
short, after a long instalation they expect me to register and pay
them per month *per* *listener*!

I'm sure there's someone here who knows how to do live audiostream
from my pc to my server through ftp for free.... help? Can I just
play tracks from Media Player and have it listenable from my site?
