XX9, MACAO (Update). Look for Hide, JM1LJS, to be here between August
10-15th. He is trying to renew his XX9TJS license. He states that his
activity will start around 1000z on August 11th. Activity will be on
30/17/12/6/2 meters SSB, CW and FM (No Digital modes.) He knows there is
a high demand for 30 meters, so look for him there. Satellite operations
will be 2m uplink / 430 MHz downlink only (No 430 MHz uplink). He will
have two sets of FT-100D (HF/6m: 100W, 2m: 50W) plus AT-130 (Antenna tuner).
Antennas will be fullsize dioples for 30/17/12 meters. For the 6m band,
he will use a 2 element V beam type HB9CV. For the 2m band, a 430 MHz
3 element / 6 element cross yagi for the satellites. QSL XX9TJS via JM1LJS.

YC0, INDONESIA. Hotang (Hot), YC0IEM, will be active as YC0IEM/7 from
Borneo Island (OC-088), August 7-24th. His bands/modes of activity were
not provided. QSL via IZ8CCW, by the bureau or direct.

YI, IRAQ. Richard, SP8HKT, will once again be in Iraq as YI9KT. He will be
in Diwaniyah from now until January 2007. He is going to use an IC-735
w/100 watts into a 7 band vertical antenna (GP-7, 40-10m) and a Delta Loop
at 85m for 80m. Richard will be active during his free time: 0800-1000z,
1300-1430z, 1700-2000z, sometimes on low band only with North America
between 0200-0330z and 0500-0630 local time. His activity on 160 and 80
meters depends on the possibility of assembling his antenna. QSL via
SP8HKT, only direct.
