Default BPL idea

won't BPL fall in this category? if it does, then complaints to the
commission may be a way to stop them.

It's very simple. The Google funded technology is set to use only frequencies
that will not interfere with ham bands. Ed Hare (W1RFI) has tested these
systems and found no interference on ham bands. He has found interference
on other bands, but users of those frequencies have shown no interest in
his findings.

In Australia, operators of costal radio stations (marine mobile service) have
complained, but no one in the U.S. has.

The current of the FCC has come out 100% in support of BPL.

Geoff.
