Improved Islands on the Air (IOTA) website

This new version of the RSGBIOTA.org website includes many new and improved
features compared to the previous one. These include improved island
searches, the ability to see your QSO records and integration with the DX
Cluster. You will also shortly be able to use it to submit updates online
and to claim credit for IOTA Contest QSOs without QSL cards.
