FJ - ST BARTHELEMY, NA-146
Craig Maxey,AH8DX, is going to activate this recently added DXCC entity
during the upcoming ARRL DX SSB Contest on Mar 1/2. He will be QRV as
FJ/AH8DX also in RTTY and on the WARC bands before and after the test.
QSLs via AH8DX.

Yannick,F6FYD/HH2FYD, will finish his stay on Haiti in the beginning of
March. He will then go to St Barth via St Martin (FS/F6FYD on Mar 8/9)
where he plans to be QRV as FJ/F6FYD from Mar 10-12 before returning
to France.

FR - ILE DE LA REUNION, AF-016
Jean-Pierre,FR/F5HIJ, will be active from Bernica using his FT-897 with
dipoles from Mar 3-31. The best time to work him is from 1800-2000 UTC.

HK0/SA - ISLA DE SAN ANDRES, NA-033
Six members of the "Texas DX Society" will be on the air from Mar 1-6.
The OPs WF5W, W5PF, K5WAF, NM5G, W5PR and N4AL will be QRV also during
the ARRL DX Contest in SSB on Mar 1/2. They will activate the island
San Andres (NA-033) with two separate stations in SSB/CW/digital modes
on all bands. The calls are not known yet. The QSL manager for all
calls will be W5PF and the log will be uploaded to the LoTW later.

J8 - ST VINCENT, NA-109
Dave,G3TBK, will be QRV again as J88DR for one week starting on Mar 1.
His activity will start with his participation in the ARRL DX Contest
in SSB on Mar 1/2. The rest of the week will be spent in CW/SSB/RTTY or
SSTV on all bands. QSL via G3TBK, direct or via the RSGB bureau.

V4 - ST KITTS AND NEVIS, NA-104
Mike,W1USN, Bob,AA1M, and Scott,W1SSR, will stay on St. Kitts (NA-104)
between Feb 28 and Mar. Listen for V44/homecalls in CW/SSB/PSK on
160-10m. QSLs via homecalls.

Nick,V4/G4FAL, will also stay on St. Kitts from Mar 3-10. He will be
QRV mainly in CW on 80/40/20/15/10m. He also plans to take part in the
RSGB Commonwealth Contest on Mar 8/9. QSLs via his homecall.

VP6 - DUCIE ISLAND, OC-182
This DXpedition is going to be very successful: They logged already
168.700 QSOs on Feb 25 with still four days to go. This exceeds the
record of the DXpedition with most QSOs which was set up by D68C back
in 2001. The operation is scheduled to last until Feb 29.

YN - NICARAGUA
Roberto,H7/IV3IYH, can be found mostly in CW on the WARC and lowbands
from Feb 28 until Mar 11. During the ARRL DX SSB Contest he will use
the special call HT2N. QSL cards for both calls via IK2ILH.

4S7 - SRI LANKA, AS-003
Nelson,4S7NE, is now also active on 160m. Listen for him on 1.822 MHz
around 0045 UTC. When is 160m closed he usually makes QSY to 3.505 MHz.

5Z4 - KENYA
Sigi,DL7DF, is spending his holidays with hsi XYL Sabine in Kenya. He
will sign 5Z4HW in CW/SSB/RTTY/SSTV on 160-10m from Feb 27 till Mar 11.
His equipment consists of an IC-735, homebrew amplifier, R7 antenna and
a 18m long vertical for 80/160m. QSLs via DL7DF, direct or via bureau.

CZECH REPUBLIC, SPECIAL EVENT STATION
Vladimir Remek was the first Czech astronaut in March 1978 and also the
first one not originating from the Soviet Union or the USA. The special
event call OL30SPACE will be activated 30 years later from Mar 1-30.
QSL via OK1TIR, also via bureau.

DXCC: For the time being the Kosovo is not becoming a new DXCC entity though
several countries have already acknowledged its independence. The DXCC
Desk writes that the Kosovo is not a member of the UN nor has an own
prefix block been allocated to it by the ITU yet. So the counter still
stands at 338 DXCC entities.

Shack for hire in Brunei
------------------------
Ambran,V85SS, announced that his newly built DX station ("Tungku Lodge")
can be rented by DXpeditions, for contests and by travelling HAMs. The lodge
consists of a bungalow, which is situated next to his house, 10 minutes
from the airport. The shack is equipped with a Mosley TA-53-M on top of
12m tower, verticals for 80-10m and a dipole for 160m. For your personal
needs there are three beds, a small kitchen and a shower. More information
