Most are good... some have specialties.
Some close down during the summer so you will have
to be aware of that.

Directions from the border crossing:
Just as you go past the Mexican check point, turm left and walk down
the street that runs right beside the border fence for about 3 blocks.
If you get the the canal you have just past his office.
